Philadelphia/New Jersey Core Energetics Training Program
The Year of Transformation
You will take an experiential journey to understand your own developmental history, unlocking your creativity, movement, and life force. This journey supports your aliveness and deep connection to self. The theme for the year is, understanding personality development. The mind, spirit, energy, emotions, and defenses are studied based on their interaction with the physical body. This year is the foundation upon which the knowledge of Core Energetics is built. In addition to serving your personal process, what you learn, will serve as the foundation for further study in the practice of Core Energetics with others.
The structure of each weekend is a process group held on Friday evening, followed by classes during the day on Saturday. Individual sessions are required throughout the year for integration of your work. The number required depends on your intentions for further study. (See below.)

"I don't know what all the ingredients are that make up a good teacher, but they have an extra spice that others don't. Kate's energy changed our class. She made learning "feel" interesting. She inspired us to care about the work and gave us courage when we were exhausted. Kate is big-hearted, energetic, funny, honest, articulate, and alive with the pleasure of self-discovery. You have to have guts to do Coer Energetics. You have to feel love to share it. Kate has an abundance of both."
from Kristina L. Insitute of Core Energetics, graduate.
