The Authenticity Project's first generation got underway last May with courageous participants dedicated to living an authentic life. We have attracted people from all walks of life, including: artists, healers, counselors, therapists, chaplains, nurses, tradespeople, singles and couples, gay and straight.  It is so gratifying for me to support this diverse group of people in reaching the deepest possible connection to self that leads to greater fulfillment and pleasure in life. Their level of commitment makes the work rich and deep! This 10 month, pilot project was intended to serve as the exploration for future offerings and now the time has come for the next generation!  The pilot group is getting so much out of the project that many are extending beyond the initial commitment through 2012.  In addition, some members will be joining with the next generation in a volunteer capacity.

The next Authenticity Project will begin in April 2012 with a 12 session commitment. The following Sundays have been chosen so far: In 2012; April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 8, December 16, and in 2013; January 13, February 17, March 10, and April 14.  Once critical mass is established the dates can be negotiated to serve the greatest number of participants. The sessions are a full day with breaks built in.  Scroll down to read what participants are saying...

If yes, then you are invited to apply to participate in this personal evolution project.  We'll be using various types of work that have been extraordinarily useful on my path and in my work with clients and groups. Among these are Core Energetics Group Process, Hypnosis, Subtle Energy Work, Channeling, Quantum Co-creation, Meditation, Law of Attraction principles, Feng Shui and Breath work. The sessions consist of information, experiential exercises, and group process.  In between sessions, readings and workbook sections are offered but not required. We cover a broad range of themes, including but not limited to:  belonging, need, free self-expression, passion, creativity, sexuality, leadership, and intimacy. Your participation lays the groundwork for building an opportunity remain involved in future generations of the Authenticity Project on a volunteer basis, in the role of a support team that participates in the work.  The details on this are evolving.

You’ll set individual goals/intentions and we’ll develop group goals/intentions, together. You will be challenged and supported to go to the deepest most authentic places within yourself, to access powerful energies and to explore stepping fully into your power.

What Participants Are Saying...

“The group has become a place of safety and comfort for me.  I no longer feel nervous there and sometimes  I feel giddy with happiness.  Over the sessions, each person has begun to reveal new layers of themselves and express their vulnerability and I have learned to stop judging and instead to learn from each person.   Sometimes it gets scary because such raw emotion has always made me run for cover, but Kate knows what she is doing.   Over and over I see people growing and changing and becoming so much more of who they really are.  Their courage inspires my own willingness to take some risks and reveal my own vulnerable self and then I look around the room and see nothing but compassion and acceptance.  That has been a healing balm for my soul.  I have begun to eat in a healthier way.  Slowly I have begun to clear the clutter from my home.  The mind-body-spirit connection is clear and all are evolving spontaneously.   I am excited to keep moving forward, to fall more and more in love with my inner self.”

“Kate is an incredibly caring and sensitive facilitator with an outstanding ability to identify your core issue and help you access it."

My work is all about me.  I will no longer judge me.  I will not betray me.  I will love myself unconditionally and celebrate the person I am. I choose to become more generous, kinder, more loving, more forgiving to myself and others.  My pain comes from when I have turned my back on myself. I now own my knowing of myself, my genuine desire to be the best I can be. I accept that I will fall short, as I am human.  I feel my own richness and vibrancy. I recognize my wounds and my sensitivity.  I no longer blame anyone for my pain.  I am responsible to care for myself always.  I had resisted this truth my whole life.  I know now that I must care for myself before I can deeply share fully with another. I have one sentence for you that describes my experience in the Authenticity Project -- There Is No Shame In Being Me!”
“The Authenticity Project has taken me farther in my work than I had hoped or expected.  All I knew was that I felt compelled to do it.  I wanted to develop a better sense of my intuition, and learn to listen to it.  I now realize that feeling compelled to sign up and then actually doing just that, was me doing exactly what I was wanting to learn more about.  I found that an important area of need for me is trusting myself...and by extension, my intuition. The process of learning more about how I do, what I do during sessions and having time between sessions to reflect and experiment with new behaviors is useful for me. Overall, I am really enjoying the Authenticity Project. It gives me opportunities for learning and growth I wouldn’t have encountered, otherwise.  I feel more myself than I ever have and I know there’s more to learn and I’m looking forward to it.”
