For many, our deepest wound is around our sexuality, whether by repression, cultural exploitation, ignorance, or violation of boundaries. Core Energetics provides a holistic exploration that honors where you've been and supports you where you need to go. Through breath, voice, movement, group process, and non-sexual touch, you will be supported to define boundaries, move through fear, work on unprocessed emotions, and experience the pleasure of your own life force flowing.
