Sexuality and Core Energetics

For many, our deepest wound is around our sexuality, whether by repression, cultural exploitation, ignorance, or violation of boundaries. We may have been told that expressing our sexuality is bad. Or there may have been an absence of guidance and information.  There may have been rigid religious views handed down that don't allow for free expression. We may have felt vicariously victimized by pornography or exploited by pop culture's rigid images about what "sexy" is.  For some we may have been violated physically or energetically by someone who was supposed to know better.  Having a parent who has been victimized can distort our own beliefs and expressions of sexuality , even if there was no actual violation to us directly. Even in the midst of healthy attitudes, fear of intimate contact may be an issue.

This Core Energetics' workshop provides a holistic exploration that honors where you've been, where you are and supports you where you want to go. Through breathwork, vocal expression, movement, group process, and non-sexual touch, you will be supported to define boundaries, move through fear, work on unprocessed emotions, and experience the pleasure of your own life force flowing. Kate's skill and sensitivity to this tender issue creates the safety you need to do your work.
