We live in a culture that sometimes encourages us to avoid mourning. Expression of our deepest feelings is not always invited or accepted. The unexpressed grief is held in your body and wreaks havoc in your heart and mind. In this workshop, we will create a culture of safety and support. We will use Core Energetics and work with body movement, energy, breath, and sound to encourage the flow of your feelings. We will create opportunities to experience the transformative power of truth, share wisdom, and honor your soul’s journey.
