Kate Holt has a private practice in Marlton,
New Jersey, where she has been empowering clients to improve their lives through various modalities
since 1995. 

She is most passionate about the Core Energetics Evolutionary Process. Kate teaches at the Institute of Core Energetics in Garrison, New York, where she trained and studied under the late John Pierrakos, M.D. Kate leads Core workshops and process groups on various themes.  Individual sessions are available by appointment.  Call 856 261 4900.

Kate is the founder/director of the Philadelphia/New Jersey Core Energetics Training Program.
Kate is trained in the Exceptional Marriage model for work with couples. She offers individual and couples’ sessions in Marlton. She is also able to offer individual sessions via telephone for clients at a distance.

Kate's presence, wisdom, and capacity to ‘hold’, assist you to go to the 'places' you need to go to bring healing to childhood wounds and inner conflicts, so that you may embrace joy, pleasure, more gratifying connection in your life.

Additionally, Kate works as an RN in Quality and Education for Samaritan Hospice, a non-profit agency in Southern New Jersey dedicated to End of Life Care. She is certified in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing.  She is the creator of the Mourning Out Loud workshops for people who want to heal from loss.

She is also the president/founder of the Black Rock Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to healing addiction.  Kate was chosen by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence - New Jersey as a  2009 leader-advocate.
